Cooking Classes Feb-June 2012 - SUSHI

All classes are conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere by Chef Soichiro Chaki. A maximum of 6 students per lesson enables participants to receive one on one tuition from Chef and to get 'hands on' in the kitchen.

You've been amazed by the presentation and taste of the world famous Japanese dish- Sushi. It may look simple, but Chef will teach you the finer points of preparing and presenting this Japanese delicacy. At the conclusion of the lesson relax over dinner.

Tomoko and Miyuki have been with Mizu for almost three years now, assisting head chef Soichiro Chaki in the busy Mizu kitchen.

Tomoko ( left) is from Tokyo and Miyuki is from the lovely southern tropcial island group of Okinawa.
